My Health Portfolio is a progressive online tool that will change the way you communicate with us. You can complete many tasks without ever placing a phone call to us-at the click of a mouse, 24-hours a day. My Health Portfolio conveniently offers you the following services:

- Ability To Edit Personal & Insurance Information

To take advantage of these online services you must already be a patient of our clinic. If you need to create a new account please click here. If you already have an account please go directly to the PATIENT LOGIN page.
On each page of our web site you will see a blue and orange "My Health Portfolio Login" button in the top left, and also a “PATIENT LOGIN” button at the top. Both of these go to the same Login page. If you will be a new patient to Denver Endocrinology, Diabetes & Thyroid Center please make sure you go to the Patient Forms page to obtain the necessary pre-visit forms and please complete these and bring them with you when you visit. New patients may also schedule appointments by clicking here.
